Each Student Success Advisor (SSA) is committed to helping ACCESS students make a successful transition to George Mason and meet the first-year program goals for academic achievement, English language proficiency, and student development as outlined in the program handbook.
Students meeting with their Student Success Advisor to fulfill UNIV 100 requirements and those with questions or concerns that may take 30 minutes to resolve must schedule appointments online at http://cisa.mywconline.com.
The best approach to meeting with an advisor is to schedule an appointment online one day in advance. Walk-in appointments are available for quick questions or concerns that may be resolved in less than 15 minutes. Not all advisors are available for walk-in appointments and students may have to wait to see an advisor. Call (703) 993-4751 for the most up-to-date information.
You may cancel an appointment 12 hours in advance. To cancel, log-in to the online scheduling system, select the yellow box for the date and time of the appointment you wish to cancel, scroll to the end of the form, and select “Cancel this appointment.” When you save, your appointment will be successfully canceled. If you are unable to get to the internet or need to cancel within 12 hours of your appointment, please call CISA student services at (703) 993-4751.
In an emergency, students may walk-in or call 703-993-4751. When the CISA Student Services office is closed, students may contact their housing staff or call University Police at (703) 993-2810.
