ACCESS-Plus is a status that allows students who have completed two semesters of the ACCESS program–with moderate success–to have a(n) additional semester(s) to meet the program goals.
Advising – Who is my advisor?

Fees – How much does it cost to be an ACCESS-Plus student?
ACCESS-Plus students pay the same tuition and fees of a regular Mason undergraduate in addition to a $1,000 ACCESS-Plus fee for each additional semester it takes to complete the program requirements. This fee is utilized to fund the tutoring, technology, advising, and program resources that will be made available to you as an ACCESS-Plus student.
Expectations – What do I have to do as an ACCESS-Plus Student?

Process – When will I know if I have completed the program requirements?
ACCESS-Plus students will have their records reviewed after final grades have been posted to confirm that they have maintained all program requirements.
ACCESS-Plus students must also complete a new outbound application form and meet with an academic advisor either through the Academic Advising & Transfer Center or in the intended major to discuss major program requirements and probability of acceptance into student’s chosen major before the end of the ACCESS-Plus period.
