November 16, 2013 – Pittsburgh, PA
Session Abstract: Reflective leadership development is essential in the fast developing arena of internationalization. Four developing leaders in administration, teaching and learning, English Language instruction and student support services examine their own narratives of leadership using Fullan’s model from ‘Leading in a Culture of Change’ (2001). This interactive presentation engages mid-level managers to reflect on their own leadership practices in times of change.
